I have a post on LinkedIn this week that has over 1500 impressions already. It struck a cord. What's the topic? Commenting on LinkedIn. Do NOT delegate this!
You can delegate certain things in your business, but this isn't one of them. The way you grow your business on LinkedIn is by creating relationships. And you can't have someone else do that for you.
Get someone to help create your posts and even schedule them, but then you have to do the work. Get on the platform and respond to your DM's and comments on your posts. Make the effort to go to the posts of others and comment.
Get strategic about following up and intentionally creating a relationship through having conversations in the comments and in the DM's BEFORE you get on a call and sell. You won't win if you make LinkedIn a numbers game by focusing solely on just connecting with as many people as possible and growing your followers.
It is becoming increasingly important for people to know that you're authentic and genuine. And when someone is doing this commenting work for you - it's not you.
I totally get that this takes time.
I promise you it is worth it.
Your mission: go over to LinkedIn and start commenting on at least 3 posts a day. Try it for a week and I am going to check up on you next week and see how it went.
